Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff, visitors and volunteers to share this commitment. If you have any concerns regarding the safeguarding of any of our pupils please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead, Mrs Smith. Please see the safeguarding section of our website under Key Information > Safeguarding.
We have had visitors already in school. Zoolab came to visit linking to our science topic of Evolution and Inheritance. They showed us how the animals have adapted to suit their natural environment and discussed how they have evolved over time. Did you know that snakes used to have legs?
In RE we are learning what matters most to Humanists and to Chrisitans. We were visited by a Humanist called David and also by Father Phillip.
