9:00 am - Counting/Timestables (30 minutes)
This week's focus is the four times table. Watch the video below and join in if you can. Once you have watched the four times table song, log on to your TTRockstars account (your username and password are in the back of your reading record) and use 'Garage' to practise.
9:30 am - Maths
Today's maths lesson will focus on further reinforcing formal written method for subtraction. Watch Miss Millar's explanation of how to solve questions like this then complete your worksheet practising using written method for subtraction.
Once you complete today's maths lesson, log on to Mathletics (username and password in the back of your reading record) and complete the any of the 'Autumn - Add and Subtract' activities.

In Today's English lesson, we will be comprehension practising our strategy to answer fact retrieval questions. Click on the video below to watch Mr. Turner discuss the meaning of some of the tricky words in your comprehension text and model how to answer fact retrieval questions. Once you have watched the video, complete your questions independently.
11:50 am - Reading
Please read either your school Accelerated Reader book or if you have finished that, log on to Bug Club (using the link below) and read one of your newly allocated books from the 'my stuff' section. Your username and password are in the back of your reading record. Your school code is 'bowl'.

1:15 pm - ScienceThis afternoon's foundation lesson is science. In the last lesson, we looked at the properties of solids and liquids. Today, we will move on to investigate the properties of gases. Read through the flip chart slides below and complete your worksheet.
